Cranberry Orange Pecan is our second recipe created from my love of fruit with chocolate. This festive and surprising granola flavor is made with plump cranberries, just the right amount of mini semi-sweet chocolate chips, subtle orange notes and a hint of ground clove. Toasted pecans, organic flaked coconut and pepitas, all lightly sweetened, seasoned and salted, are added for a delectable treat, especially over ice cream.
